The Steering Committee of SBDI is inviting nominations of candidates for the SBDI Scientific Committee. Nominations should be received by November 1, 2021.
The SBDI Scientific Committee (SciC) is an advisory group tied to and appointed by the Steering Committee. The task of the SciC is to monitor the international development in the field and advise the Steering Committee in strategic matters. Candidates should have an international profile and a thorough understanding of the current frontiers in the development of biodiversity informatics infrastructure and/or in data-driven biodiversity and ecosystems research.
